This section is intended to provide current information on OAB questionnaires, including the OAB-q family (OAB-q, the OAB-q SF, and the OAB Awareness Tool); the Benefit, Satisfaction with treatment, and Willingness to continue treatment (BSW) questionnaire; the Nocturia Quality of Life (N-QOL) questionnaire; and the Patient Perception of Bladder Condition (PPBC) questionnaire. The questionnaires may be ordered free of charge by going to the order page. You will note that translations are available in a variety of languages. All questionnaires will be emailed with a scoring manual.
